In advance and support of the Imagining Interiors conference, a seminar series is being presented by the Image|Imaging|Interior research cluster, co-convened between Edinburgh College of Art and Glasgow School of Art. The Screen/Surface/Space seminar series aims to discuss, explore and speculate on emerging digital screen-based contexts for interior and environmental design, and their significance for practice, theory and pedagogy. The seminars will cover several distinct contexts, drawing together a diversity of speakers and audiences from interior design and beyond, including broadcasting, film studies, data informatics, games design, immersive technologies, who have an interest in the design of real and virtual environments.
